HOW LONG DOES A MANICURE OR PEDICURE TYPICALLY TAKE?
A standard manicure takes about 25–35 minutes, while a pedicure usually takes 40–60 minutes depending on the chosen service.
DO YOU OFFER GEL OR ACRYLIC NAIL SERVICES?
Yes, we offer both gel and acrylic services, including gel polish, gel extensions, acrylic full sets, and refills.
HOW LONG DOES GEL POLISH LAST?
Gel polish typically lasts 2–3 weeks depending on your daily activities and nail care routine.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY NAILS CHIP AFTER MY SERVICE?
If your nails chip within 3 days, please contact us. We offer a free touch-up or repair depending on the issue.
DO YOU USE SANITIZED AND HYGIENIC TOOLS?
Yes. All tools are thoroughly sanitized after each use, and single-use items are always disposed of properly.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC NAIL TECHNICIAN?
Absolutely. Just let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR GROUPS OR SPECIAL EVENTS?
Yes, we provide group bookings for events such as birthdays, bridal parties, and corporate gatherings. Please contact us in advance to schedule.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
